Order Update
When will my order ship? Do you offer local pick-up?
You should expect your order to ship within 3-7 business days (Mon-Friday). Due to high order volumes, some orders may be delayed. Please note that we print most of our orders on demand. Once your order is printed, it will be sent out. Please do not request it be sent earlier; our small team is always working hard to get orders out as fast as possible!
How do I cancel an order?
You can only cancel an order if it has yet to start the print process. To inquire, please locate your order number and email info@coolguise.com
When will I see a refund appear on my card?
Please allow 1-10 Business Days for funds to appear on the card you used to purchase.
Shipping
Tracking says my package was delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?
It is likely the carrier mis-delivered or lost the item. Contact us at info@homefieldapparel.com and we'll work through the issue with you.
How can I track my order?
Tracking will be sent to your email once the order is scanned and prepped, and you can follow it along the way there.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! We ship internationally, but the rate is based on the weight and address.
- International orders may be subjected to additional customs Fee's outside of the postal fee's.
- We do not offer Free shipping on international orders.

Are exchanges free? What about returns?
We offer unlimited free exchanges!
We offer free shipping for store credits!
If you are returning an item, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
I've already washed an item, can I return it?
No. The only exception would be if there is a quality issue with your product after washing it.
How many days do I have to return or exchange my order?
We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Sizing
Is your apparel pre-shrunk?
Most of our items are pre-shrunk and stay true to size after the wash. If you have a question about a specific product, please contact us at info@coolguise.com

Does your apparel fit true to size?
Yes, our apparel fits true-to-size and does not shrink. However, our apparel has a fitted cut, so if you're on the fence, we recommend sizing up.
